Overview

Led by Glenn Prestwich, Presidential Special Assistant for Faculty Entrepreneurs, and Ronald Weiss, the Entrepreneurial Faculty Scholars is a unique group at the University of Utah designed to bring faculty together.

Mission

The EFS program nurtures a community of creative innovators and entrepreneurs. It serves both as matchmaker for cross-disciplinary collaborations and as a network for those seeking to translate academic discoveries and creations into the world. The EFS supports innovative faculty who create companies, provide artistic experiences to expanding communities, and find practical applications for ideas and concepts.
